Supernova  Luxury Rental  Renter Requirements-Policy


  Age Requirement
​Drivers 21-24 years old may rent with an additional young driver fee and stricter insurance requirements.


                                                         Insurance Requirements

• Renters must have full-coverage auto insurance, including:

  • Liability coverage (minimum required by the state).

  • Comprehensive and collision coverage matching the rental car’s value.

• If the renter does not have adequate coverage, they must purchase rental insurance through Supernova Luxury Rental or a third-party provider.

                                                      Payment & Credit Card Policy

• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) are required for payment and deposit holds.

• Debit cards are NOT accepted for security deposits.

• The name on the card must match the renter’s license and insurance.
   

                                                      Mileage Limits & Additional Fees

•  rental includes 200  miles per day (varies by vehicle).

• Additional miles are charged at a rate of $2.5 per mile, depending on the vehicle.
   

                                                              Driving Restrictions

• No racing, street racing, burnouts, or off-road driving.

• Vehicles may not be used for Uber, Lyft, Turo, or any rideshare services.

• No subleasing or lending the vehicle to an unapproved driver.

• A GPS tracker and driving monitor are installed in each car.

                                                               Additional Driver Policy

• Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be approved before pickup.

• A $50 per additional driver fee applies.

                                                                  State & Travel Restrictions

• Rentals are limited to specific states (check with Supernova Luxury Rental before travel).

• Some vehicles may have cross-state travel restrictions.

                                                              Smoking & Pet Policy

• No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping) inside the vehicles—violations result in a $1,000 cleaning fee.

• No pets allowed inside the vehicles unless approved in writing.

                                                   Late Return & Cancellation Policy

• Late returns are subject to an hourly late fee.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
